How to really be financially successful online
If you are among the millions of people who have tried, or are still trying to make money online, but have yet to be successful, this article is for you. From all I can determine, about 95% of all who attempt to make a living on line fail. And those who don’t outright fail (making nothing, or spending more than making) make an average of less than $200 a month. Having said that, I will say it is possible to make a living, and a good one at that, via Internet Marketing.
Ok, how is that done? You are reading this article because you would like to change your failure into success. You want to be among the top 5% who actually make a living online. Well, I am going to give you the information you need to be successful. What is interesting though is the percentage of you reading this right now who will actually take action and implement my suggestions is very small. Most of you will continue doing what you are doing and as a result, will continue to struggle.
So, here we go. First of all you need to recognize that you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. There are many programs available that you can make money with without you having your own, self-created product. Further, you don’t even need to own a web site or have a lot of technical knowledge. As you are investigating potential Internet businesses you need to be on the alert for some things you don NOT want. You don’t want; multi-level marketing, or a Pyramid scheme, or a Matrix program, or a Gifting Plan, or a “Get Rich Quick” plan, or any type of business that doesn’t seem real, or promises overnight riches. You need to face a bit of reality here. It is not likely someone is going to sell you something for $49.00 that will make you $40,000 in the first month. That just does not happen.
Starting out the best program is an affiliate program that has products that you can sell for a commission. The programs that seem to work the best are those affiliate programs that affiliates subscribe to, paying a monthly fee for valuable information, and have the ability to resell the same monthly memberships. The most common program of this type sells eBooks. They resemble a “Book of the Month” club. The major difference is each member has the opportunity to earn ongoing monthly income by reselling the service.
With this type of affiliate program there is very little, if any cost in addition to the monthly membership fee. There is normally No Advertising Cost, No Marketing Cost, No Promotion Cost, No Recruiting Cost, No Site Support Cost. The affiliate company usually provides you with a sales site and hosts it for you, so all you need to do is promote it. Any affiliate program worth being involved with will provide marketing sources that the member can use. The majority will be methods of promoting at no cost. Some may have a small fee to advertise but it is pretty easy to avoid these and go with the free services.
It is important to remember that there really is no free lunch. You need to plan on doing a little work if you really want to be a success. Don’t believe for a minute that you can make an acceptable living working 15 or 20 minutes a day, but you just might be able to if you will commit to 4 or 5 hours, 3 or 4 days a week. And that could be a pretty good life.
The last thing I want to tell you is you need to be sure you align yourself with an honest affiliate company. There are many “fly by night’ operators waiting to separate you from your money so proceed with caution. Remember, if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.
