LPU is a personal development opportunity that began in 2006 with a mission to give entrepreneurs a vehicle to financial independence and personal prosperity.
Although technically Life Path Unlimited is a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) company, they are better classified as a Top Tier direct sales opportunity, as a majority of the commissions earned are from personal, not organizational sales.
The total investment to get involved with LPU at the highest level is $25,955.95 (This initial fee doesn’t include other expenses associated with growing a MLM business, such as leads or advertising.

A common question prospects ask is – how much is the potential income with Life Path Unlimited? LPU pays a direct compensation based on organizational sales of up to four levels of distributors, and does not limit your earnings in any other way. The attraction behind Life Path Unlimited is that you can earn up front commissions quickly, and that allows a distributor to potentially earn six figures a year in a very short period of time, unlike traditional MLM where it can take significant time, money, and energy to break past the five figure month.
If you’re wondering if Life Path Unlimited is a scam, it falls within the FTC regulations for being a legitimate home based business opportunity, and cannot in any way be classified as a scam.
Is joining Life Path Unlimited a good idea? While I don’t really like Top Tier opportunities, that decision is ultimately up to you. It’s not because they’re not good financial opportunities. In fact, Top Tier programs provide a way to make fast, significant income.
However, the very first question I ask myself when evaluating an opportunity is if I would be interested in purchasing the product involved even if I wasn’t going to join the business. Personally, I would never pay as much as they ask for what they’re providing unless my judgement was clouded with the promise of riches. Now don’t get me wrong, I spend more than ,000 a year on personal development anyways – without being involved in a Top Tier company.
For example, would I rather attend a Life Path Unlimited conference for ,995, or go to a conference with Tony Robbins? Maybe that money could be spent on actual education in a specific field of endeavor, like learning to master Google PPC.
Simply put, I can buy similar quality training programs from other sources at a fraction of the cost, meaning for the same self development budget I can get ten times the training. So I kind of see these kind of programs as a glorified excuse to ‘pass money around’.
That being said, Life Path Unlimited has products that provide significant benefit, it’s just that I feel they are way over priced for the sake of paying huge commissions to field distributors, which causes ethical issues for me if I was to become involved.
However, do you feel different? If you absolutely believe that LPU can provide significant benefit, to the level that the cost is justified and well worth it, keep marketing Life Path Unlimited. If however, you find yourself having an internal ethical debate at the idea – maybe you should find a sleeker, simpler business model to participate in where the product stands on it’s own.
