Does Anyone Know If Www.hostmylingeriesite.com Or Www.classywear.com Is A Scam?

Ok, so there’s this website called www.hostmylingeriesite.com or www.classywear.com (the second is automatically re-directed to the first. This site offered the services to open and host your own online lingerie business, with your own domain name and drop ship lingerie products to sell for $24.95.
It’s almost been a month and I’ve been working on flyers and other marketing material and today, when I was attempting to log into the control panel, it wouldn’t let me… I assumed it was because of a glitch with the domain name, but the actual HOST DISAPPEARED!!! It just says this link appears to be broken.
Now, I am really hoping that this was not a scam, however, I recently found out that there was suspicious activity from the same debit card I used to pay. Activity from a Home Depot in Georgia and I live in Florida.
MY QUESTION IS:
A: How do I get my domain name back?
B: Has this happened to anyone else with this particular host?
I really do want to open a lingerie site, the marketing material has been made dislaying my domain name used. How can I get it back to use it with a different host.
